Orders can be picked up in store during shop hours. Please wait for an email notifying you that your order is ready before you show up. This takes approx 4 hours to process an order (longer during holidays).

We offer next day local delivery service within Ottawa.

Delivery times are between 1-7pm, you will be notified via text and email when your order is on it's way to you. You will be able to track our courier to see when they will arrive and when your item was dropped off. 

Next day deliveries are not available on weekends.

All packages are sent through Canada Post or UPS with a tracking number.

On orders over $150: We offer free shipping within Canada.

On orders under $150: Shipping rates vary depending on location. Please see rates at checkout.

All packages are sent through USPS or UPS with a tracking number.

We offer a Standard Shipping rate of $18 to the US.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

International shipping rates are calculated according to region upon checkout.

Please allow anywhere from 2-8 weeks for delivery depending on location.
