Job Overview: As the Shop Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the store’s success. Your leadership will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain our boutique’s inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a small team of sales associates.
• Maintain store inventory, displays, and overall appearance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Manage cash flow and daily financial operations.
• Coordinate and plan promotional activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop branding materials, including packaging, signage, and promotional content
• Assist in refining brand identity and maintaining consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and content strategies
• Edit product photos and create compelling visual presentations

Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design and branding (jewelry or lifestyle brand experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail

Looking for a talented photographer to assist with monthly jewelry photography and brand photoshoots. The ideal candidate has experience in product photography, particularly with jewelry, and understands how to capture fine details, sparkle, and textures.

Responsibilities include shooting and editing high-quality images for our website, social media, and marketing materials. Must have access to professional equipment and be comfortable working both in-studio and on-location.
