Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of your purchase.

Return Guidelines:

  • Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only – no refunds.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • If an item is damaged due to manufacturers defect we will replace/repair it within the first 30 days of purchase. Examples of this would be: stone falling out or clasp breaking.
  •  Items may not eligible for store credit/exchange if they are damaged at the liability of the customer (e.g. tarnishing, scratches or broken chains).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces
  • Beauty products including nail polish
  • Food items including chocolate
  • Gift cards

How to Make a Return:

  • In-store purchases can be returned directly to our store within 14 days.
  • For online orders, please contact us before returning your item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

REPAIRS:

Handmade jewellery is delicate and we encourage proper care instructions to be followed. As such, we do not cover wear and tear that has resulted from improper care. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and know the strength of our brands. For detailed care instructions see our Jewellery Care Guide. 

Please note, we do not repair jewellery that is not from JV.
